Post-pandemic stakeholder insights for engineering firm

We were engaged by a long-established engineering practice to carry out client and market research that would help inform post-pandemic marketing strategy.

We analysed the resulting data and insights, drawing our own extensive market knowledge, and developed a strategy that involved content production and distribution aimed at specific segments and introduced measures of strategic performance. 

The firm saw a 36% increase in website visits and growth in conversion rates to 35%, up from 12%.
