We devised a content strategy and delivered content marketing training to enable this barristers’ chambers to implement the strategy independently. The chambers now has processes in place for producing and publishing content that is seeing substantial growth in website traffic and enquiries. 

Internal stakeholder engagement for national chambers

We led an internal communications initiative to improve marketing buy-in and engagement across the barristers’ set. 

The aim was to improve understanding of the role of marketing within the chambers’ success and of the role of the individual in making marketing work. 

We conducted initial stakeholder research, and then developed and delivered the internal online and offline comms plan, including workshops, training and bespoke information resources.  

We scored 96% ‘excellent’ in our end of project feedback survey.
