Our national law firm client was looking to rationalise their marketing operations due to concerns about the ongoing costs of engaging multiple agencies in addition to their in-house marketing team.

Management fully supported our recommendations following an audit and strategic review, and we were commissioned to implement these changes on an outsourced basis. Marketing impact has since improved substantially, while the client is saving over £120k per year in agency costs and salaries.
